  • A mystical story by best-selling author Kai Lüftner
  • Magical illustrations by Emilia Dziubak

Vilmar was found by an older couple when he was very young. Yes, you read correctly: he was found! He was not like any other boys. He could feel it, and the other kids could feel it too. One day Vilmar receives a book from old Henrik that tells the story of a folk living underground, who lost their child at the surface of the earth. The little child never found his way back home...  Could this be the story of Vilmar?

Author
Kai Lüftner

Kai Lüftner was born in East Berlin in January 1975 and actually started writing immediately afterwards. He published books, songs and radio plays, gave more and more small and very large concerts, was on television a lot and on reading tours, but hardly ever at home. At some point he found that stupid. That's one of the reasons why he emigrated with his whole family to his favourite island in the Danish Baltic Sea in 2019. He builds things out of wood, grows vegetables, walks the dog in the forest or by the sea, looks for treasures, and now writes his poems, stories and songs here. Sometimes he just stares out of the window and is happy.
