Lars is confused. He feels angry, ashamed, sad, disappointed, worried all at once! Feelings can come all of a sudden and can be overwhelming. With help of the wise mole, Lars learns to sort out and define his mixed-up emotions. And there are some days where he feels happy, safe, satisfied, brave. And all of these feelings are part of him – it is just perfect the way it is.

This affectionate picturebook encourages children to feel their feelings and help them to recognize ever-shifting moods.
