Notes

• The Sumslers – you have to like them!
• Funny adventures to listen to or to read by yourself
• Walko at his best: Doctor Miez and his assistant Joschi are worthy successors  of Elder Bear and Little Rabbit

It is time for a new adventure! All of the Sumslers agree, except for Joschi who would much prefer his comfortable deckchair to a ship that they built themselves. He nevertheless joins them, hoping for a pleasant trip down the river to the sea. Unfortunately, the weather chances drastically, heavy rain starts to pour and the strong wind eventually cause the boat to capsize. The Sumslers strand on an unknown island and have to find a way to survive. They had imagined another type of adventure, but who knows what they will find out on this island?

Doctor Miez

The Mysterious Swamp Jocki

The Sumslers are ready for new adventures! When Dr Miez finds out that the villagers would like to become scouts, he decides to teach them everything he knows: how to tie a knot, how to send an SOS, etc… And when the night comes the Sumslers tell the scary story of a monster living in the swamp. Did they just hear a cry? Could it really be the swamp monster?

Doctor Miez

Everybody is Looking for Baa!

Doctor Miez is actually having consultations right now – but then the babbling parrot tells him nervously, that his neighbour Baa has disappeared. Where did she go? Together the doctor, his assistant Joschi, the babbling parrot, the little pig and the hedgehog are searching for her. But Baa is neither with the inventor Woppi nor with the fearful lion. Croco also has no clue, where she could be… Luckily Woppi has made a genius invention: A siren, which wails so loudly, that Baa is definitely going to hear it! And indeed! From the distance they can hear a soft “Baa!” Poor Baa got tangled up in undergrowth. She couldn’t see, where she was going, because her wool had grown over her eyes. Doctor Miez treats the patient quickly – now Baa can finally see again and everything is fine!
